Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle handle multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage seat frame assembly projects, focusing on stamping and welding processes.

  • Collaborate with the tooling and dies department to design and optimize tools and dies.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain quality.

  • Provide technical support to the production team, ensuring minimal downtime and addressing issues promptly.

  • Ensure all processes and outputs meet strict quality standards through thorough inspections and quality assurance practices.

  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials, components, and tooling that meet specifications.

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting on project progress, changes, and outcomes.
